Our Involvement
The practice was engaged by Far North Holdings Ltd to form part of a team to gain consents for expansion of the Opua Marina. The scope of our involvement included providing input into the initial design, the preparation of the landscape assessment for inclusion in the resource consent application, presentation of evidence at the joint Far North District Council and Northland Regional Council hearing, and preparation of the landscape concept for the outdoor spaces associated with the proposed marina buildings, including events spaces, gardens, rain gardens and walkways. (2013 – 2015).
